Through my unique weight reflections program, individuals are assisted to look internally at the mind blocks that prevent them from having a balance of good nutrition, enough movement and healthy thoughts. 

The psychology of weight loss is based on the tenet that there is more to losing weight than “eat this, don’t eat that.”

I provide a space for individuals to think about how the mind and body can work with each other to achieve something better. It focuses on letting go of the inner battles and finding a more peaceful approach to a healthier lifestyle.

Our behaviours are fundamental to creating healthy habits, however; underneath our behaviours are values, feelings, and belief systems. The foundation of our behaviour is our mind.
